橡膠密封圈在環網柜密封結構中的工程應用分析

摘 要:環網柜受潮、浸水會發生電氣故障,導致設備損壞,并可威脅人身安全。應用有效的密封結構對保障環網柜正常運行和提高配電網供電可靠性意義重大。針對環網柜的密封結構展開分析,探討了橡膠密封圈的密封原理、設計原則以及螺栓緊固結構設計,并對環網柜密封結構的優化設計提出了改進建議,為推動設備質量提升,提升配網運行可靠性提供了理論支持。

Analysis of the Engineering Application of Rubber Sealing
Rings in the Sealing Structure of Ring Main Units

Abstract: Moisture and water immersion in ring main units (RMU) can cause electrical faults, equipment damage and posing a threat to personal safety. Thus, the application of effective sealing structures is of great significance for ensuring the normal operation of RMU and improving the reliability of power supply in distribution networks. This paper analyzes the sealing structure of the RMU, discusses the sealing principle of the rubber sealing ring, design principle, and the design of the bolt fastening structure, and puts forward improvement suggestions for the optimized design of the sealing structure of RMU, providing theoretical support for promoting the improvement of equipment quality and enhancing the reliability of distribution network operation.
